Boot Camp for Changing the World: How to Start, Manage and Grow a Nonprofit Organization – Session #3: Operating Well
Creating organizations that have social impact, provide goods and services that improve human life and society are becoming more popular. In the first two sessions in this series we learned how to start a nonprofit and the organizational, accounting and fundraising strategies necessary for Planning for Growth. Come to this third and final session in this series if you need a refresher on how to do things right, be sure you are up-to-date on changes to keep you compliant, or if you are challenged by stagnation or rapid growth within your organization. Attendees will have time to share experiences and learn the ABCs and Ds of good nonprofit management.
