Join Taylor Burke, JD, LLM, Program Director, MPH in Health Policy at the School of Public Health & Health Services of The George Washington University as he presents information about the Affordable Care Act that will impact your business.

·    This will be an in-depth presentation discussing the various opportunities and benefits for Virginia small businesses under the Affordable Care Act.  Professor Burke will detail both the regulatory requirements that small businesses must meet, as well as the various advantages, under the new health reform law.

Professor Burke will discuss the consequences of doing nothing, as well as a path forward for compliance under the law.  He will outline the SHOP Marketplace taking shape in Virginia and discuss how and why a Virginia small business might choose to participate.
