This workshop is designed for small service firms that have little or no Federal business, but want to obtain Federal business or grow their existing Federal business over the next several years. Information presented will focus on: some general comments about Federal business development activities, how to identify offices within Federal agencies interested in your services, and what to do to get meetings with Federal staff and then what to do in those meetings to get maximum value. We will also discuss how to position yourself for small purchase order contracts and set-asides.
