Throughout the month of December the Alexandria SBDC will be highlighting some of our clients to get an inside scoop of what their holiday season looks like.

How long have you been in business in Alexandria? We started in July of 1988. 

Tell me a little about your business(es): We offer a variety of pastries (all made in house), chocolates, cookies, on the cafe’ side we have a variety of salads, quiche, sandwiches, and soup. Guests can come in and eat here or take our prepared dinners home. On Weekends we offer waffles, and omelettes, scrambles eggs, and breakfast sandwiches. We make breakfast pastries daily. We offer full-service catering also.  

How did you first learn about the SBDC? I learned about the SBDC at the beginning of the pandemic. 

Something unique you are doing this holiday season with your business(es): We make Gingerbread Chalets, that are extremely popular, in addition to the Bush de Noel, and other assorted holiday treats. 

Favorite thing about the holiday season in Alexandria: My favorite thing about Alexandria is the amount of community activities and being with my family.
