Nonprofit Boot Camp: Session 2 – Planning for Growth

Event Navigation

Series: Boot Camp for Changing the World – How to Start, Manage and Grow a Nonprofit Organization

Creating organizations that have social impact, provide goods and services that improve human life and society are becoming more popular.  How to decide between starting a for-profit company, a B-Corp or a traditional nonprofit takes time an energy.  What’s right for your cause? What does that mean for you and those involved.  Or, do you need a refresher on how to do things right, are you up-to-date on changes to keep you compliant, or are you challenged by stagnation or rapid growth within the organization you manage?  Come to SBDC to hear from local experts about how you can better manage and grow your nonprofit organization.  Attendees will have time to share experiences and learn the ABCs and Ds of good nonprofit management.
