Planning your hiring helps you be more successful but many times hiring becomes a last minute process. In this second session in the series, learn what an hour can do to ensure you have the right people for the work you need done. We will cover job requirements and descriptions, sourcing of applicants, writing the best ads to get the people you want, and basic hiring processes to ease your burden. Many of the small businesses we work with struggle with how to do this effectively.
