How long have you been in business in Alexandria? I have been in this business since 2019. 

Tell me a little about your business: MK Salon & Spa is a complete beauty salon where you can take advantage of many services that you need. On the first floor you will find our professionals in Colors, Highlights, Cuts for women, men and children. We also have a makeup artist and offer Eyelash Extensions. 

On the second floor we have our professionals in massage, facials, waxing and nails. 

How did you first learn about the SBDC? I found out for the first time about the SBDC through the newsletter patch. 

Something unique you are doing this holiday season with your business(es): For the holiday season we include sweet holiday treats with every service! 

Favorite thing about the holiday season in Alexandria: My favorite thing about the holiday season in Alexandria is the Christmas parade.  

Something you are thankful for: At this time, I am very grateful for my health and for the help that the SBDC has given me to get ahead with my business.  

Favorite Alexandria business to visit during the holidays (besides your own): My favorite business in Alexandria is Stage Door Deli.

Favorite holiday tradition: A holiday tradition is sharing a lunch with my coworkers, and the gifts!
