How long have you been in business in Alexandria? Since November 2018. 

Tell me a little about your business(es): We help portfolio managers measure public policy risks and anticipate related market volatility using objective data generated by our patented process that converts words into numbers. 

How did you first learn about the SBDC? We were encouraged to participate in the Innovation and Commercialization Program (ICAP), which required us to become an SBDC client. 

Something unique you are doing this holiday season with your business(es): It may not be very unique, but we are sending out the annual year-end electronic card to colleagues and vendors wishing them well for the coming year. 

Favorite thing about the holiday season in Alexandria: The Christmas Tree in Market Square and the lights in the trees along King Street. 

Something you are thankful for: The dynamic, supportive, and innovative tech community in Virginia (including the ICAP program) as well as the international recognition from the G20/BIS this year. 

Favorite Alexandria business to visit during the holidays (besides your own): Tea & Spice Exchange. 

Favorite holiday tradition: Holiday parties….looking forward to when we can all host/attend them again. Maybe 2022?
